Our Story

SimplySentient was born from the quiet conviction that how we nourish ourselves is inseparable from how we relate to the world. Rooted in the Ananda Marga yogic tradition, we explore the intersection of sentient food, mindful living, and radical wellness.

Under the guidance of Dada Shivananda, a monk and teacher in the lineage of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, every recipe and practice we share carries the intention of awakening a deeper relationship with the body, the earth, and the subtle energies that connect them.
